We are currently in the process of constructing a 29 unit complex called, “Aberdeen Woods”. The complex is unique in the fact that it is a senior complex that will allow seniors with small children. This came about as the result of turning away applicants at our other senior developments because of having custody of grandchildren or other family members.

The units will be either 2 or 3 bedroom units with garages. They will all have backyards and a small patio area. The 2 bedrooms have 1200 square feet and the 3 bedrooms have 1350 square feet of living area. There will be a community room and a playground for the kids as well as picnic tables and a sitting area for the adults.
