Through funding provided by several partners, including Your Community Bank and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA), New Hope has been able to revitalize a Charlestown neighborhood and help New Hope consumers purchase new homes through special financing.

Single family homes have been constructed throughout Southern Indiana.  These include High Meadows in Utica, Twin Oaks in Henryville, and homes in Deputy, Austin, Palmyra and Georgetown.
